Description

A quick and easy recipe for making delicious Air Fryer Nachos that are cheesy and crispy.


Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 cups restaurant-style tortilla chips (like triangle Tostitos)
  • 3 cups shredded marbled/Mexican blend cheese (thick farmstyle Tillamook cheese recommended)
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced small
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 2 scallions, diced
  • Optional toppings for serving: salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Pre-fit your air fryer basket with parchment paper or a liner.
  2. Place half of the tortilla chips on the parchment paper in the basket, in an even layer having them overlap some. Top with half the cheese, then half the diced tomato, jalapenos, red onion, and scallions.
  3. Repeat the layers one more time.
  4. Air fry at 350F for 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. (Time can vary depending on the model and size of your air fryer, check after 3 minutes.)
  5. Top with garnishes, if desired, and enjoy!
