Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into wedges or rings
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss pineapple wedges or rings with brown sugar and ground cinnamon until evenly coated.
- Place pineapple pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until pineapple is caramelized and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
