Description

A delicious and easy recipe for making stuffed pickles in an air fryer, perfect for a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 12 large dill pickles
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each pickle half with the cheese mixture.
  5. If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed pickles.
  6. Place the stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pickles are heated through.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the cheese mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before air frying.
