Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into fry-shaped pieces.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each zucchini slice into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
