Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cooking for an additional minute.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- In a baking dish, layer the ground beef mixture, followed by the frozen mixed vegetables.
- Pour the milk over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
