Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
