Description

Mini spicy chicken burgers with a crispy crunch and creamy bang bang sauce, perfect for game day or casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 812 slider buns (brioche recommended)
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • Avocado slices (optional)
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the diced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let rest for a few minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook chicken for 7–9 minutes until golden and crispy; or cook in an air fryer at 375°F for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
  4. Toss cooked chicken in the sauce until coated.
  5. Assemble the sliders with toasted buns, lettuce, and the sauced chicken. Add optional toppings as desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can freeze sauced chicken for up to 2 months.
