Description
Mini spicy chicken burgers with a crispy crunch and creamy bang bang sauce, perfect for game day or casual dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 8–12 slider buns (brioche recommended)
- Lettuce
- Sliced jalapeños (optional)
- Avocado slices (optional)
- Pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Season the diced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let rest for a few minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook chicken for 7–9 minutes until golden and crispy; or cook in an air fryer at 375°F for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
- Toss cooked chicken in the sauce until coated.
- Assemble the sliders with toasted buns, lettuce, and the sauced chicken. Add optional toppings as desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can freeze sauced chicken for up to 2 months.
