Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch, then pour over the stir-fry.
  6. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
