Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe mango, peeled and cubed
- 1.5 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 0.5 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 0.75 cups almond milk
- 0.25 cups orange juice
- 3–4 ice cubes (optional)
- Chia seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit: Peel and cube 1 ripe mango into 1-inch pieces (about 1 cup). Rinse 1½ cups of mixed berries (fresh or frozen).
- Combine mango cubes, mixed berries, ½ cup Greek yogurt, and 1 tbsp honey in a blender.
- Add ¾ cup almond milk and ¼ cup orange juice to the blender.
- Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- If a chilled, thicker texture is desired, add 3–4 ice cubes and blend briefly.
- Serve immediately into glasses. Garnish with chia seeds or a few fresh berries if desired.
