Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1.5 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.75 cups almond milk
  • 0.25 cups orange juice
  • 3–4 ice cubes (optional)
  • Chia seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit: Peel and cube 1 ripe mango into 1-inch pieces (about 1 cup). Rinse 1½ cups of mixed berries (fresh or frozen).
  2. Combine mango cubes, mixed berries, ½ cup Greek yogurt, and 1 tbsp honey in a blender.
  3. Add ¾ cup almond milk and ¼ cup orange juice to the blender.
  4. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. If a chilled, thicker texture is desired, add 3–4 ice cubes and blend briefly.
  6. Serve immediately into glasses. Garnish with chia seeds or a few fresh berries if desired.

Notes

  • For best flavor and nutrition, consume the smoothie soon after preparing.
  • Ripe fruit ensures natural sweetness and vibrant flavor.
  • Adjust liquid gradually for desired thickness.
