Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust.
- Dot the top with butter.
- Cover with a second pie crust or create a lattice top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
