Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli and cauliflower florets.
- In another bowl, mix cottage cheese, shredded cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Add the cottage cheese mixture to the vegetables and mix until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the mixture is set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
