Ingredients
- 1 bar (8 oz) full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup caramel sauce, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 bag (8 oz) chocolate toffee bits, divided
Instructions
- In a stand mixer bowl or a mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, brown sugar, 1/2 cup of caramel sauce, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add half of the chocolate toffee bits and blend on low speed just until mixed in.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and spread it into an even layer.
- Top with the remaining toffee bits and drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top.
- Serve with your favorite sliced apples.
- For a chilled dip, cover the pie plate and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
Notes
- To prevent apple slices from browning, place them in a bowl of cold water with a squirt of lemon juice immediately after slicing. Pat dry before serving.
- The dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
