- Shredded cheddar cheese: 1 cup (about 100 g)
- Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon

Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then add cream cheese and stir until melted.
