Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package cheese tortellini (about 9 ounces)
- 1 can (10 ounces) enchilada sauce

- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in enchilada sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
