Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tbsp garlic butter
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium heat and add the ground beef.
  4. Cook the beef until browned, then season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked penne, ground beef mixture, and half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese and grated Parmesan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
