Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand.
- Place a spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center and fold the meat around it to form a ball.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese.
- Place the meatloaf bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
