Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced zucchinis, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Add sour cream and mix well.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
