Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve the noodles topped with sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
