Description

A delightful appetizer featuring savory meatballs enveloped in a tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce over medium heat; stir until heated through.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F or 70°C).
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer.
