Description

Warm, chewy blondies infused with sweet and spicy cinnamon sugar, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar together. Then add the egg, honey, and vanilla, whisking until well combined.
  3. Stir in the flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and remaining ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle it over the batter.
  5. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the blondies to cool completely before cutting.
