Description

This club sandwich pasta salad combines the classic flavors of a club sandwich in a delicious pasta dish.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces tri-color rotini pasta
  • 8-ounce block of cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped bacon
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup lunch meat ham, diced
  • 1 cup lunch meat turkey, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water until fully cooled, then transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Add the cubed cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, chopped lettuce, diced ham, diced turkey, tomato, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning to the bowl.
  4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Cover and let the salad rest in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
  6. Add salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
