Description
This club sandwich pasta salad combines the classic flavors of a club sandwich in a delicious pasta dish.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces tri-color rotini pasta
- 8-ounce block of cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup cooked and chopped bacon
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup lunch meat ham, diced
- 1 cup lunch meat turkey, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
- Drain and rinse with cold water until fully cooled, then transfer to a large bowl.
- Add the cubed cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, chopped lettuce, diced ham, diced turkey, tomato, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Cover and let the salad rest in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
