Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the diced potatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Add the chopped kale and heavy cream. Stir well and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
