Description

Crispy Chilli Beef Rice is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines tender beef with a spicy chili sauce, served over a bed of fluffy rice.


Ingredients

  • 500g beef strips
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2–3 tablespoons chili sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the beef strips with soy sauce, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
  3. Coat the marinated beef with cornstarch.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the beef until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add the crispy beef back to the pan and pour in the chili sauce. Mix well to combine.
  7. Serve the crispy beef mixture over the cooked rice.
