Description
Crispy Chilli Beef Rice is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines tender beef with a spicy chili sauce, served over a bed of fluffy rice.
Ingredients
- 500g beef strips
- 1 cup rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2–3 tablespoons chili sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, marinate the beef strips with soy sauce, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
- Coat the marinated beef with cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the beef until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Add the crispy beef back to the pan and pour in the chili sauce. Mix well to combine.
- Serve the crispy beef mixture over the cooked rice.

- Adjust the amount of chili sauce based on your spice preference.
- For a healthier option, use lean beef cuts.
- Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds for added flavor.
