Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (slurry)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Coat each piece in cornstarch, then dip into beaten eggs.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Fry chicken in batches until golden and crispy.
- Make the Sauce: In a separate pan, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, garlic, and ginger. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
- Coat the Chicken: Add crispy chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with rice or vegetables.
