Description

Crispy Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Fries in Air Fryer are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or side dish that combines the flavors of garlic and parmesan with the healthy goodness of zucchini.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the zucchinis into fry-shaped pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
