Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix (divided)
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional add-ins: diced avocado, pico de gallo, cooked ground beef, black beans, corn

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and half of the taco seasoning mix until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
