Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
