Description
A hearty blend of cheesy pierogies and smoky kielbasa cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) package cheddar pierogies
- 3 cups creamy chicken broth
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the cheddar pierogies, creamy chicken broth, and sliced kielbasa. Stir to mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until everything is heated through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the melted cheddar cheese on top and allow it to melt.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different vegetables or spices. Frozen pierogies can be used without thawing.
