Ingredients
1 loaf of French or Italian bread (sliced in half lengthwise)
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
3–4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
(Optional) 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Combine the softened butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Spread this mixture evenly over the bread halves.
Add grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Cut the bread into pieces that fit the size of your air fryer basket.
Arrange in a single layer and bake at 370°F (188°C) for 4 to 6 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with your favorite side dish or dipping sauce.
Notes
Don’t overload the air fryer basket—cook in batches if necessary.
For even more flavorful results, use bread with a dense crumb and a crispy crust.
Watch the cooking time closely—air fryers vary from model to model.
Add the cheese in the last 2 minutes to prevent it from burning.
