Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, spinach, artichokes, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
