Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted kataifi dough
  • 1/4 cup pistachio cream

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  6. Stir in chopped pistachios and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
