Description

Delightful baked potstickers filled with savory pork or chicken and fresh vegetables, served with a creamy Thai curry sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 package potsticker wrappers
  • 1 cup ground pork or chicken
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking
  • 1 cup Thai curry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ground pork or chicken, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each potsticker wrapper and fold according to package instructions, sealing the edges with water.
  4. Place the potstickers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray or brush with oil.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While the potstickers are baking, heat the Thai curry sauce in a small saucepan.
  7. Serve the baked potstickers with the curry sauce for dipping.

Notes

Feel free to customize the filling with shrimp, mushrooms, or tofu for a vegetarian option. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
