Delightful baked potstickers filled with savory pork or chicken and fresh vegetables, served with a creamy Thai curry sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 package potsticker wrappers
- 1 cup ground pork or chicken
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
- 1 cup Thai curry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the ground pork or chicken, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each potsticker wrapper and fold according to package instructions, sealing the edges with water.
- Place the potstickers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray or brush with oil.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- While the potstickers are baking, heat the Thai curry sauce in a small saucepan.
- Serve the baked potstickers with the curry sauce for dipping.
Notes
Feel free to customize the filling with shrimp, mushrooms, or tofu for a vegetarian option. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
