Ingredients
Main:
2 to 2.5 lbs flanken short ribs
2 tablespoons olive oil
Marinade:
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1-inch fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions

Make the Marinade: In a bowl or zip-top bag, mix all marinade ingredients until combined.
