Ingredients

1 tablespoon paprika (smoked or sweet)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon celery seed

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan or Romano cheese (dried)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed.

  • Transfer to an airtight spice jar or container.

 

  • Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • For vegan/dairy-free: Substitute cheese with nutritional yeast.

  • Adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing red pepper flakes.

  • Use only dry utensils to keep the mix from clumping.
