Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add eggnog and mix until creamy.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set and slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Spread or pipe spiced whipped cream over the cheesecake. Serve chilled.
