Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, rice vinegar, sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the firecracker sauce generously over each fillet.
- Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
- Optional: broil for the last 2 minutes for extra crispy skin.
