Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, honey or maple syrup, and mix well.
  3. Add almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt to the mixture and stir until fully combined.
