Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- While meatballs are baking, prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Serve meatballs over rice and garnish with chopped parsley.
