1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

Instructions

Pat dry the shrimp with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
