Description

Enjoy a flavorful and healthy Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom Skillet. This easy one-pan dish is perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a satisfying side dish. The combination of cauliflower florets, sliced mushrooms, and minced garlic creates a savory and delicious flavor that everyone will love. Seasoned with smoked paprika and Italian seasoning, this skillet meal is both vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté for 8-10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is slightly tender and the mushrooms have softened.

  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and Parmesan cheese (if using). Cook for an additional minute, until the cheese is melted and the flavors are combined.
  6. Serve the Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom Skillet hot as a side dish or a light meal.

Notes
