Description

A delicious and flavorful roasted turkey breast infused with garlic and herbs, perfect for any festive occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast (about 4–5 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels and rub the herb butter mixture all over the turkey.
  4. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
  5. Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Baste the turkey with the pan juices every 30 minutes for added flavor and moisture.
  7. Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
