Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup Deglet Noor dates
- 1 scoop pea protein
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 cups coconut water (adjust for desired consistency)
Instructions
- Pour the coconut water into the blender.
- Add broccoli, spinach, pineapple, dates, pea protein, and avocado.
- Blend on high, pulsing to break down the ingredients.
- Scrape down the sides to incorporate everything.
- Blend again until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
