Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup beef broth
Instructions
- Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
- Once the beef is browned, sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine.
- Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and mix well with the beef mixture.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Let the mixture simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Check the seasoning and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
- Once the potatoes are cooked through, remove the skillet from the heat.
- Serve the ground beef and potatoes hot as a delicious and filling meal. Enjoy!
