½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon butter extract
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, and water.

Heat over medium, stirring occasionally until sugars dissolve completely.
