Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the honey mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, then add milk and cheese to create a creamy sauce.
- Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce and season with salt.
- Serve the spicy honey pepper chicken alongside the mac and cheese.
