Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of garlic bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the garlic bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the garlic bread from the oven, spoon the beef mixture onto each slice, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
