Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the lemon garlic Parmesan mixture over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
