Ingredients

  • 8 ounce brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl blend the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Beat in cold heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar until you reach stiff peaks.
  3. Then add in lemon juice and zest; blend until combined.
  4. For best results and strong lemon-y flavor, cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
  5. Transfer the fruit dip from the mixing bowl into a serving bowl; add the bowl of fruit dip to the center of your fruit platter. Serve and enjoy!
