- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into the pan and chill.
- Make the Cookie Dough: Beat softened butter and sugars until fluffy. Add milk, vanilla, flour, and chocolate chips.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold in the cookie dough mixture.
- Assemble: Spread the filling over the crust. Top with mini chocolate chips.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
