Description
A delightful no-bake cheesecake that combines the flavors of orange and vanilla, reminiscent of a creamsicle treat.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Orange zest for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar, orange juice, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then swirl in some additional orange juice for the orange layer.
- Top with the remaining cheesecake mixture and swirl again for a marbled effect.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with orange zest before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger orange flavor, add more orange zest.
- This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
