Description

A delightful no-bake cheesecake that combines the flavors of orange and vanilla, reminiscent of a creamsicle treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Orange zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, orange juice, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  6. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then swirl in some additional orange juice for the orange layer.
  7. Top with the remaining cheesecake mixture and swirl again for a marbled effect.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Garnish with orange zest before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger orange flavor, add more orange zest.
  • This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
